Our customer service hours are 10am-4pm PST Monday-Friday.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

 

Return Policy:

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY for goods which are defective or received damaged and within 30 days of the original purchase. Goods thought to be damaged or defective can be returned at the customers’ expense and the validity of all claims will be decided by ILLEGAL CIVILIZATION LLC. ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL, unless the product received is incorrect or damaged - validity of all claims will be decided by ILLEGAL CIVILIZATION LLC.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O boxes.

Orders are picked every Monday at 12pm PST. Any orders placed after that will be picked the following Monday.

If your order includes an item on preorder, we will ship the whole order at once. If you wish to get your non preorder items first, please place a separate order.

All international customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or additional shipping charges that occur after the original shipment.

Product Availability:

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
